This study focuses on the mobile software test project process and the ways to improve
the efficiency of it. The examination is done by investigating parts of the software
project process, quality risk-based test strategies, and the test planning methods. Based
on these observations, a new process construction model is created. The model accuracy
is estimated with a brief case study based on a questionnaire survey results. The survey
results indicate that an efficient test process can be achieved using the model. The
developed test process construction model implies that the efficient and transparent test
team co-operation is crucial in order to achieve a successful test project process.
