Tiivistelmä
Technology-induced errors (TIE) first appeared in research reports in the early 2000s. This review analyzes the literature on technology-induced errors to classify problems into clinical and procedure errors, human factors, and technical difficulties. Based on the literature review, all 15 publications were classified into the human factors category, while the technical problems category was the minority of the publications. The studies' methods varied, with literature reviews being the most often used. Since the concept of TIE appeared in research, it took almost ten years before more publications became available.
