Tiivistelmä
We investigated how occupational, public, and primary health care, and working life experts perceive the role of occupational health care and its cooperation with health care sectors and workplaces in 2030 using the argumentative Delphi method. We formulated six scenarios from three Delphi-rounds: Enhanced cooperation in work ability issues, Lack of resources encourages communication, Work ability support services deteriorate, Work ability collaboration is part of leadership in workplaces, Work ability collaboration remains unchanged and Markets steer work ability collaboration. Scenarios indicate that occupational health care will be essential in Finland’s healthcare in the future, but it must adapt to a transforming working life. The study confirmed that morphological analysis framework can support the argumentative delphi method.
