Tiivistelmä

This study explores the cultural values of European student radio stations. It examines student radio organizations’ values based on their managers’ perceptions, using the competing values model of organizational cultures. There are only a few studies done on European student radio, not to mention the lack of research or data on the organizational cultures of student radio stations. The earliest evidence of student-run radio broadcasts dates back several decades. Based on the data, European student radio cultures are clan and adhocracy predominantly, but also display elements of hierarchical types of cultures.
