Tiivistelmä
In the context of cooperative e-business capability for information sharing and utilizing has become a competitive asset within companies re-organizing business processes. Each service company is depended on the ability to use networked connectivity to cooperate efficiently in e-businesses. Transformation into networked interoperability and growth of collaboration in e-businesses are becoming part of successful solution and management aspects adopting e-business services. E-business drivers are mostly economical or strategic. Small and medium-sized businesses benefit from partnerships, helping to identify the company’s strengths and weaknesses in terms of the company’s competitiveness and business growth. Capability to meet customer expectations requires changes in processes, roles, and operating methods. Cooperation in e-businesses enables content sharing and streamlining communication by capturing exchanges adding an interactive and cooperative dimension to e-businesses providing e-businesses cost-effectively and gaining more perceivable and positive engagement in company’s businesses within customers. Companies can leverage core competencies of their business partners delivering significant increases in corporate innovation, productivity and profitability. The purpose of this thesis is to identify the evidence to emphasize and characterize principles and factors for modeling cooperative e-business services.
